PET LOSS PORTAL

Transform your relationship to your animals in spirit—and your grief.

During these monthly virtual gatherings, we’ll tackle topics like signs, dream visitations, spirit communication, altar creation, and more.

We meet the first Thursday of each month from 7:30-9 pm ET. ($44)

Seeking connection with your animal companions after they've died is natural.

But unfortunately, it’s not usually encouraged or taught in most pet loss support groups.

The growing number of pet loss support options tells us that society is finally catching up to the reality that people grieve their animal companions just as much (or more) as they grieve humans.

But in many grief support groups, talk of things like signs and communication from animals in spirit isn’t exactly encouraged and is even dismissed as magical thinking, despite growing evidence of its validity and potential for healing.

I wanted to change that, so I created Pet Loss Portal, a monthly gathering focused on growing your relationship with your animal companions in spirit—and your grief.

This isn’t your typical pet loss support group.

We’ll begin with the premise that your animal companions’ consciousness continues after they die—and therefore, so can your relationships.

You’ll be invited to explore different ways to grow these relationships while also honoring your grief. And you’ll learn simple practices you can incorporate into your life.

You’ll also get to share what’s on your heart:Your stories and questions about things like lights flickering, wildlife visiting, feeling your deceased cat’s footsteps, hearing barks in the distance, dreams of them, reincarnation, and more will be taken seriously.

And we won’t bypass or pathologize your grief. We’ll view grief as a natural and necessary part of love—not something to be fixed, cured, or treated. I’ll be present with you in whatever comes up and bear witness to your emotions and experiences from a place of non-judgement.

The timing
& format

We’ll meet via Zoom on the first Thursday of every month from 7:30 to 9 pm ET.

Each time we gather, we’ll focus on a different topic. I’ll share what I know around it, we’ll try out practices you can incorporate into your life, and you’ll get to share your experiences and questions. Sharing is always optional, and you won’t be put into breakout rooms.

In order to maintain the privacy of the group and because of its experiential nature, it will not be recorded. Come live.

The price

The exchange is $44 for each gathering.

Please email me if this price is out of reach. Nobody will be turned away for lack of funds.

I’m a Pet Loss Bereavement Specialist who believes the deep connection you share with your animal companion doesn't end when their body does—it just transforms.

Having privately supported hundreds of grieving clients during and after their animals’ end-of-life-transitions, I’ve seen firsthand how continuing relationships with our animals in spirit is not only possible, but can lead to deeper peace and healing. Grief, as painful as it can be, can also be a portal into a new dimension of relationship with our animals—and ourselves.

I know that this work flourishes in community, and I’ve dreamed of hosting a group where people grieving their animals could have their grief validated, openly ask questions and share stories about their spiritual experiences, learn methods to build their connection with their animals in spirit, and feel less alone.

So I combined my education as a Pet Loss Bereavement Specialist with what I’ve learned as a professional animal communicator and my own experiences with grief to bring you this unique group offering.

If this is what you’ve been looking for then I invite you to join us for one or more gatherings. Sign up here.
